Beartrax

Beartrax, also known as Melodize, is a multifaceted artist from Brooklyn who has traversed various musical realms over the past two decades. With a background in orchestras and diverse genres such as jazz, metal, and classical music, he found his niche in house and techno in 2011. His productions and performances showcase an amalgamation of organic elements like violins and synths, reflecting his musical roots while emphasizing his affinity for melodies. Influenced by genres as disparate as Heavy Metal, Punk, New Wave, and Classical, Beartrax's sound is a testament to his eclectic musical journey. In addition to his own releases, he founded the label Melodize, which showcases his unique take on house, disco, and techno. Notable collaborations include Lauer, Marvin & Guy, Massimiliano Pagliara, Undo, and Aural Trace, with support from Skatebard, I-F, Jennifer Cardini, Alexander Robotnick, and many others. His DJ sets and mixes, such as the Aionia Klein Klub opening set in 2026, demonstrate his versatility and commitment to delivering a captivating musical experience.
