Empro

German DJ and producer Mathias Proppe, known as Empro, emerged from Thuringia in East Germany during the late 80s. His fascination with electronic music began in the mid-90s, which led him to Berlin in 2000 where he immersed himself in the burgeoning new music scene. Techno remains a captivating genre for Empro, who has played at clubs and festivals worldwide since his debut gig in 2003. Empro's sets are characterized as dynamic, organic, and forward-thinking, inviting listeners to immerse themselves in the music and dance without inhibition. His residency at Sisyphos, one of Berlin's renowned clubs, is a testament to his enduring influence on the techno scene. In addition to DJing, Empro has released productions and remixes since 2006 on various labels such as BAR25, Heinz Music, Upon.You Records, and Freizeitglauben. His latest releases are eagerly awaited by fans of his trippy, twisted TechHouse sound.
