Donald Dust

Donald Dust, also known as Tom Banks, is a prolific artist with a distinctive sound that blends House, Disco, Italo-Disco, and Synth-pop. His productions and DJ sets showcase a unique fusion of WBMX radio mixes, Ron Hardy drum tracks, and the golden era of Italo synths, creating a captivating and danceable musical sphere. Since his debut in 2017, Donald Dust has released several acclaimed records on labels such as Enter Planet Dust, Bordello A Parigi, Paradise Palms, Wilson Records, Whyte Numbers, Blaq Numbers, Claptrap, and No Bad Days. His discography includes "The Muscle And The Sinew" (2025), "Nausea" (2023), "Living in Bondage" (2022), "Mouth Feel" (2020), "Fluorescent Music" (2019), "Mars R-Trax" (2018), and "Dazzle Ship EP" (2017). In addition to his releases, Donald Dust has held a residency at Edinburgh’s Paradise Palms venue, started his Other Thumpers radio show on EH-FM, and performed in various locations across the UK, Europe, and USA.
