Felix Tapes, also known as Terts Teepe, draws inspiration from African cassette tapes to create a unique blend of African Disco and Funk. His sound has evolved over the years, now focusing on a deeper, atmospheric style that incorporates various genres and tempos. From Nigerian funk to Amazon tribe music, his eclectic mixes are characterized by their global fusion. Collaborations with labels such as Cosmic Awakenings, Kosa Records, Baikal Nomads, Tropical Twista Records, Cosmovision Records, Ethnokult, Rhytmic Culture Records, Minokawa Records have contributed to his diverse musical journey. His Soundcloud releases include edits of tracks like "Malinga Five - Marie Thérèse" and "Dona Onete - No Meio Do Pitiú", showcasing his ability to seamlessly blend different world music styles. His DJ sets, such as the "Quarantine and Chill #12 - Astronaut Saxophonist", offer a smooth fusion of Jazz, Funk, Hip Hop, and Chillout genres.
