Mat.joe

Mat.Joe, a solo act led by Matthias Neitzke since 2024, originated as a duo with Johannes Schulz in Berlin. Their music reflects their shared passion for Rap, Breakdance, and Skateboarding, evident in their unique blend of house beats and rhythmic soul and hip-hop elements. Since 2008, Matthias has been part of the producer team Twomanics, focusing on authentic hip hop productions. In 2021, he co-founded the Berlin-based artist collective and imprint, Prima, alongside C'mon, Otistic, and Anacover. In 2025, Matthias established his own label, La Bamba, releasing several House tracks such as "La Casita," "Once Again," and "Watch Out." His music continues to evolve with the ever-changing dance music culture.

Mat.joe played in Wintergarten at Sisyphos Hot Duck on 5 July 2026 and Pop it like its hot on 14 December 2024.
