Morena Leraba *Konzert*

Morena Leraba, a musician and shepherd from Ha-Mojela in Mafeteng district, blends Lesotho's traditional music and poetry with contemporary genres such as Electro, Electronica, Afro-House, Folk, and Hip-Hop. His unique approach to beat is influenced by the sub-genre Famo, which emerged in the 1920s among Basotho migrant workers in South African mines. Leraba gained international recognition in 2014 when he collaborated with The Freerangers on their song "Do You Know Lesotho." His debut single, Bojete, produced by Fritz Holscher, attracted Brooklyn-based producer Kashaka for further collaboration on the track "Lithebera."
