Shahrokh Dini, formerly known as Shahrokh Sound of K or DJ Shahrokh in the '90s, has established a reputation as a versatile DJ since the early 90s. His sets exhibit the finesse of an experienced performer, effortlessly blending House with elements from Detroit and Chicago, encompassing Disco and modern-day vibes. Rooted in soulful and deep traditions, his sound incorporates contemporary facets, earning him comparisons to a chameleon for his intelligent approach to electronic music. His album Dripping Point received widespread acclaim in various publications such as De:Bug, Groove, Raveline, XLR8R, DJ Magazine, and others. Throughout his career, he has garnered support from industry greats like Ron Trent, Jimpster, Dimitri From Paris, Laurent Garnier, Boo Williams, Glenn Underground, Solomun, Frankey & Sandrino, Agoria, Maceo Plex, Steve Bug, Ame, and many more. Beyond his work as a DJ and producer, Shahrokh Dini has been running clubs since the mid-'90s, promoting major club-music events and holding multiple residencies. His remix portfolio includes work for notable artists like Niki Harris, Gloria Gaynor, Automat, Mateo & Matos, Robert Owens, Marbert Rocel, Bar, Simon Flower, Vanessa Daou, and more. While Compost Records remains his primary label, he has also collaborated with Strictly Rhythm and Ministry of Sound. His keen eye for talent was evident early on, as he recruited artists like Metro Area, Kevin Saunderson, and Ame for events at institutions such as the Center for Art and Media Karlsruhe (ZKM), as well as for Luigi Colani, HfG Karlsruhe, and the 300-year Karlsruhe anniversary festival.

Shahrok Dini played in Wintergarten at Sisyphos On Feier on 15 June 2025 and on 26 May 2024.
