The Reason Y

The Reason Y, a DJ and producer duo based in Berlin, Germany, delve into the realms of minimal techno and tech house. Their sound is characterized by a pulsating, hypnotic rhythm. The duo, known as Fred L.A., have released several EPs since 2016, including "Amalthea" on Terminal M, "Density" on Second State, and "Untold" on Octopus Warehouse Series. Their most recent release, "Unparalleled EP," was issued on Break New Soil in 2023.

The Reason Y played in Hammahalle at Sisyphos Breit Side Of Life on 2 August 2026, Lauter Unsinn on 21 December 2025 and in Tunnel at Sisyphos Pfingstiphos on 23 May 2026.
