Unhuman

Unhuman is an electronic and experimental project led by Manos Simotas, based in Berlin. Originating in Athens in 2012 with the release "Emperor Black" on tape, Unhuman's sound has evolved through various genres, culminating in a unique expression of experimental and dark electronics. Throughout his career, Unhuman has released music on labels such as Instruments Of Discipline, Veleno Viola, BITE, Amok Tapes, and Strange Therapy. A frequent performer at major Berlin clubs, Unhuman's performances have taken him across Europe, Asia, and South America. He also holds an artist residency at Constant Value in Seoul, South Korea. In addition to his solo work, Unhuman is the founder of Liber Null Berlin, a platform that has played a significant role in fostering artistic freedom within the scene and operates as a record label. Beyond Berlin, Liber Null has organized events featuring performance arts and music worldwide, including cities like Athens, Paris, Tokyo, Seoul, and more.

Unhuman played at Berghain Bite Nite on 14 August 2026 and in Hammahalle at Sisyphos Ducktopia Nichtgeburtstag 2025 on 7 October 2025.
