Jason Peters

Jason Peters, a DJ, producer, and founder of the San Francisco-based record label Roam Recordings, is known for his distinctive left-of-center approach to underground club music. With roots in dance music dating back to the 1990s, Peters has cultivated a sound that blends cosmic disco, acid, and psychedelic textures with an emotional, dancefloor-focused approach. Active in the scene since the late 1990s, Peters has performed at various institutions in San Francisco, including Sunset Sound System, Public Works, Monarch, and The Great Northern. Internationally, he has played at venues across Mexico, Berlin, and Europe, including Glastonbury Festival's Block 9 and underground clubs and festivals across the continent. His music, released on SoundCloud, includes remixes and original tracks tagged as Indie Dance, Psychedelic, and Electronic. Examples include "Lost Lullaby (Jason Peters Remix)" from 2026, "Tariffs Anyone? (Free DL)" from 2025, and "Mystery Man (JP Soul + Anthony Mansfield Acid Edit)" from 2024.
