Manuel di Martino

Italian Techno DJ and producer, born in 1990, Manuel Di Martino has a rich musical background. Inspired by Hip-Hop/Rap and House sounds from Chicago and Detroit, he began playing in clubs at the age of 14. His love for Naples-made Techno led him to be influenced by artists like Gaetano Parisio, Marco Carola, Rino Cerrone, Davide Squillace, Danilo Vigorito. In 2011, he started his studio activity as a producer and released his first album with strong dub-techno influences. Collaborations with artists such as Scan7, Raffaele Attanasio, Johannes Volk followed in the subsequent years. Manuel opened his Persistence label in 2017, hosting names like Denise Rabe, Endlec, Pacou, Sleeparchive, and many others. He has played at renowned venues such as Tresor in Berlin and remixed legends like Ken Ishii and Robert Armani. His recent releases include the "Movement" EP on his new label Parallel41 with remixes by Luigi Madonna, Subradeon, and Pushmann (2022), "Keep Moving" EP on Etruria remixed by Boston 168 (2022), and "The Gold of Napoli" EP on Marco Faraone's Uncage label (2020). Throughout his career, Manuel has received support from a wide variety of respected artists in the industry, including Luke Slater, Ben Sims, DVS1, Marcel Dettman, Ben Klock, Laurent Garnier, Efdemin, Shifted, and many others. He continues to bring new proposals and sounds to clubs across Europe.
