Morena Leraba

Morena Leraba, a musician and shepherd from Ha-Mojela in Mafeteng district, Lesotho, blends traditional Mosotho music, poetry, and Famo with Electro, Electronica, Afro-House, Folk, and Hip-Hop. His unique approach to beat creation gained international recognition in 2014 when he collaborated with The Freerangers on their song "Do You Know Lesotho." Leraba's music showcases a fusion of traditional roots and contemporary beats, as exemplified in his releases such as "Qhanyane sa Marumo" (2018), "Shongo Foo" with DJ Spoko and Andre Geldenhuys (2017), and "Mehau" (2016).
