Zillas on Acid, comprising Thomas Roland and James Weissinger, are renowned for their residency at MAKING TIME, a long-standing Philadelphia nightlife institution. Their musical journey has seen the release of EPs such as 'Black Cat' (Optimo Music) and 'She Takes NRG' (Ivan Smagghe’s Les Disques de la Mort). The duo has built an extensive discography with labels like Live at Robert Johnson, Dischi Autunno, Running Back, Inside Out, Multi-Culti, Permanent Vacation, Polari, NEUBAU, and more. Their music has gained support from various artists including Roman Flugel, Dixon, Jennifer Cardini, Justin Strauss, Bradley Zero, and Sean Johnston. In 2025, Zillas on Acid LIVE debuts, featuring additional musicians, to create a unique blend of slow-motion death disco, dubbed-out drum machine music, and ACID for party enthusiasts from all planets.
