The 21-year-old artist known as Karl Pelzer, previously active under the name Svenner, initially explored various electronic sounds before deciding to create music himself. His early work, such as his 2010 performance at the Alte Papierfabrik Rodersdorf, showcased a minimal techno sound. However, he soon discovered a harder side of techno and began using software like Ableton Live, Reason, and FL Studio. Since then, under the name Karl Pelzer, he has sought to establish a presence in the Eastern German techno scene and bring his uncompromising yet emotive techno sound with breakbeat influences closer to the public.
