Propellar, a duo of friends, crafts a sound that merges indie-pop with disco and house, creating sun-warped synths perfect for driving or dancing late into the night. Inspired by the aesthetics of the 60s and 70s, they carve out their unique space in electronic pop while growing together as artists and friends. Since debuting in late 2021, Propellar has garnered attention from renowned labels like Stil vor Talent, Colorize, ICONYC, 3000 Grad, and Family Piknik Music. Their live show has illuminated festivals across Europe and Africa, including AfrikaBurn, Feel Festival, Family Piknik Festival, and Fusion Festival, as well as clubs like Sisyphos and Mauerpfeiffer. Their music has been featured in DJ sets and radio shows worldwide, with Paul van Dyke and Pete Tong at BBC 1 among their supporters.
