Veeble *Konzert*

Veeble, an artist hailing from Rome, Italy, is renowned for their unique blend of Tropical Gypsy Dub. Their soundscape weaves together elements of Afrobeat, as heard in Voltagabbana (2023), with a touch of Cabo Verdean rhythm. The music carries a lively energy reminiscent of gypsy and folk'n'roll skelter bouncy rhythms, intertwining dub echoes from Kingston with flashes of pure rock'n'roll, all set against a backdrop that could be a funeral in New Orleans or a gypsy wedding in the Balkan countryside. The guitars, oscillating between reggae and manouche jazz, are skillfully layered over a rhythmic dovetail consisting of drums and typewriter.
