Vance

Vance, hailing from Dublin and now based in London, crafts a unique blend of euphoric and uplifting breakbeat, infused with elements of IDM, melodic techno, and glitch. His debut single, "Opia," showcases this style, drawing from the emotional depth of Rival Consoles, the intricate complexity of Max Cooper, and a lineage that includes Aphex Twin, Boards of Canada, Four Tet, and Floating Points. Vance's music is a testament to his resilience, having battled ME and cancer. His commitment to his art is evident in the intensity and hunger that permeate his compositions. Beyond music, Vance also creates cohesive audiovisual experiences, with MIDI-synced visuals and music moving as a unified whole on stage. "Opia" is currently available, inviting listeners to look closely.
