Kuriose Naturale, a Berlin-based duo consisting of Deph and TanaThan, have been active since the mid-90s, initially working independently before joining forces in 2006. Their collaboration, initiated serendipitously during a Ping Pong game at Soundtropolis Festival, led to their residency at Berlin's Ritter Butzke from where they launched into clubs and festivals across Germany. With gigs spanning the German-speaking region and Eastern Europe, this year marks their debut in South America. Musically versatile, Kuriose Naturale challenge genre expectations, often playing extended sets that require power interruptions to bring them to a close. They assert, "Techno has little to do with us, and for music, patience is a virtue that unfortunately many lack."
