Maltitz

DJ and producer Maltitz, based in Berlin, is renowned for his eclectic style that blends elements of Italo Disco, Indie Dance, House, and Wave. His dynamic sets are characterized by a mix of humor, sex appeal, and an emotional connection with the audience. Maltitz has been a significant figure in the electronic music scene since 2006, with regular performances at iconic Berlin venues such as Renate, Sisyphos, //:about blank, zur Klappe, Anita Berber, Oxi Club, and Watergate. He has also gained recognition beyond Berlin, playing in cities like Frankfurt, Hamburg, Essen, Kassel, Koln, and Dortmund. In 2024, Maltitz released his debut vinyl EP "Ryokucha EP" on Skylax Records (Paris), followed by additional tracks on Bordello A Parigi ("Buone Vacanze"), Watergate Records ("Chaoskinder" EP with Max Joni, featuring a Lauer remix), the "Make Italo Disco Great Again" compilation on Fauve/Cracki Records, and Midnight Operators. He has also released remixes on ZYX Records and Snax on Skylax, as well as remixes for Boys Shorts, Joyce Muniz, VNSSA on Pets Recordings in 2026. Maltitz's energetic DJ sets are known for their diverse genre excursions and rapid tempo changes, making him a sought-after figure in the club scene.
