Salah Sadeq

Salah Sadeq, a versatile DJ, producer, and creative director, is renowned for his ability to read and connect with crowds, creating an upbeat and unpredictable sound that evokes emotion on the dance floor. His music can be described as a joyful blend of deep house, groovy electronica, techno, acid, disco, dub, abstract beats, and dirty grooves. Over the past 24 years, Sadeq has collaborated with numerous high-profile international and regional artists, labels, agencies, and brands, leaving a lasting impact on audiences worldwide. His sets are known for their ability to linger in one's memory for extended periods. Born and raised in Bahrain, Sadeq honed his skills from the age of 14, performing at various underground gigs before becoming the weekend resident DJ at Likwid Bahrain in 1999. He later took over running his own nights at the club, both on the island and in the region, establishing a reputation that resonated with his Dutch audience in Amsterdam, where he began to make an international impact. Sadeq has shared the stage with notable artists such as Laurent Garnier, Josh Wink, and Sven Vath in Dubai, and has played in cities like Berlin, Amsterdam, Toronto, and Tbilisi. He has toured extensively across Europe and the Middle East, and has made appearances at prestigious events such as Pacha Festival Amsterdam, Silver Network Anniversary @ Showcase Paris, and Sven Vath’s 2015 Tour in Beirut, among others. Collaboration is a key aspect of Sadeq's work, with projects including Beirut In The Mix, Half Baked in Dubai, Ohm Event’s Ill Communications, Electric Days, and Infusion Magazine. He also hosts the popular weekly radio show The Crate.
