Paulita

Paulita, a Los Angeles-born artist with Chilean heritage now based in Berlin, is known for her extensive archive of Brazilian disco, deep-cut funk, raw disco, and slow-burning soulful house. In the booth, she leads by example, often dancing as hard as the front row, embodying a "dance-as-resistance" ethos that harks back to her parents' defiance of 70s-era Chilean military curfews in a local club called CACTUS.
