Walter Griot

Walter Griot, a Berlin-based artist, blends African percussion with house and techno. Growing up in a traditional Senegalese Griot family, he was exposed to various African instruments, which form the basis of his production and DJ sets. He is a member of the RISE collective, alongside Hyenah, Floyd Lavine, Dede, Minco, and Jamiie. His releases and mixes on SoundCloud often feature tags such as Afro House, Afro Tech, and Afrotech.
