Cook Strummer

Cook Strummer is a Belgian artist based in Berlin, known for his unique blend of organic and electronic sounds. His music, characterized by dreamy undertones, magical symbols, and modern myths, draws inspiration from both Belgium's Cold Wave movement and Berlin's vibrant electronic scene. The Cook Strummer journey commenced in 2012 upon his move to Berlin. After releasing six EPs between 2012 and 2013, he collaborated with producer Laurent Zimmermann on his debut album 'The Fall', released in 2016. In 2017, he teamed up with Noah Luttermann for the tech-house focused 'Soul Distortion' EP. His discography includes releases on labels such as Get Physical Music, Radikon, and LOK Recordings. The latest addition being 'Berlin Gets Physical' in 2022. His music continues to captivate audiences with its evocative fusion of drum machines, guitars, synthesizers, and House influences.

Cook Strummer played in Dampfer at Sisyphos In Der Blase Der Extase on 23 August 2025, on 14 September 2024 and in Strand at Sisyphos on 12 May 2024.
