RAVE.IOLI's cultural programme: FLUGMODUS take over the Kaschemme for a party-within-the-party on Friday from 22:00 to 6:00 — a collective that grew out of regular DJ sessions over the rooftops of Berlin into lovingly curated event concepts across the city's club scene, built around playful spaces for encounters with yourself and others, away from everyday routine. Luminous Encounters (with René Schlicht) return as a walk act on Saturday from 23:00 and Sunday from 19:00: futuristic creatures of light with lasers, mist, bubbles and neon dazzle moving through the dancefloors. Matze Sampler plays a concert on Saturday at 23:00: guitar meets a modular synthesizer system, with live electric guitar partly routed through the synths, producing fine electro sounds — the analogue setup means every concert is unique and can't be replayed. Tasheeno play a concert on Sunday at 22:00: an open genre crossover of dance, dub and technoid grooves — four musicians lock drums, bass, synths, guitar and brass into one dense, hybrid live sound, no DJ set, no frontperson, performing behind their signature censor-bar sunglasses.
